WHO AM I?
My love for music started early. Through the influence of my parents, I was always surrounded by music, and at a very young age my curiosity was already sparked. Music has therefore always been a part of me. I’ve been playing on stage since I was twelve. I was lucky enough to experience my first shows together with my father and my brother. The foundation of trust that this upbringing in music has given me, is now – more than 22 years later – a value that I am able to bring through to my drumming, and to my business as a professional musician.

Leipzig is where I truly became a musician. From 2012 to 2023 I was part of the alternative rock band I Come From The Sun. During this time I developed a style that allows me to dive into music with high intensity without getting physically or mentally tense. “Playing with intensity without being tense” – it has always fascinated me to find this balance, which is why I am quite attracted to high energy music.
Aside from the extremes I like to explore on stage, I find fulfilment in other genres. I love grooving at a steady mid-tempo, giving the band and artist in front of me a good feeling that carries us all through the evening.
